Exciting opportunity for a BC/BE Hematologist Oncologist to join a dynamic team in Fargo, ND!


Highlights:

  • Join a team of 4 MDs and 3 APC’s, with anticipated future growth/expansion
  • Work alongside a caring and attentive team, including nutrition support, a social worker, nurse navigators, behavioral therapists, certified cancer care physical therapists and lymphedema specialists
  • Consultative Call Only: Hospitalists handle admissions and overnight coverage
  • Manage an average of 10-12 follow-up visits and 2-4 new patients per day
  • Call Schedule: Approximately 8-10 days per month
  • Provide care one day per week/month (depending on the week) to other regional clinics
  • Access to Radiation Oncology, Interventional Radiology, Genetic Counseling and Palliative Care
  • Participate in Multidisciplinary Tumor Board Conferences
  • Utilize telemedicine/TCON/Virtual Visits and community cancer centers to extend our reach
  • Benefit from our NCI Community Oncology Research Program (NCORP) grant, providing access to cutting-edge clinical trials
  • Program is recognized as an Integrated Network Cancer Center Program (INCP) accreditation by the Commission on Cancer and we hold a certification from the National Accreditation Program for Breast Centers (NAPBC) accredited by the American College of Surgeons
  • Epic EMR

Compensation/Benefits:
  • Competitive salary of $585k/annually

  • Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentives or production-based compensation
