A well-established healthcare organization in Chicago is seeking a BC/BE Hematologist-Oncologist (preferred) or Oncologist to join a growing multidisciplinary cancer program with a strong referral network and a collaborative, patient-centered practice environment.
Position Highlights:
- Full-time Hematology/Oncology opportunity with flexibility for qualified Oncology candidates
- Established referral base and strong community demand for cancer and blood disorder services
- Opportunity to develop and grow both hematology and oncology patient panels
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of surgeons, radiologists, nurses, and specialty providers
- Participate in tumor boards, case reviews, and quality improvement initiatives

- Focus on evidence-based, compassionate care across a broad spectrum of hematologic and oncologic conditions
Qualifications:
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology/Oncology preferred
- Oncology candidates with appropriate training will also be considered
- Eligible for Illinois medical licensure
- Strong communication, collaboration, and patient-care skills
- Commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered cancer care
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive compensation range of $450K–$550K annually
