A physician-owned, multispecialty medical group in central Washington is seeking a BC/BE Gastroenterology Hospitalist to join an established and highly collaborative GI program.
Position Highlights:
- Full-time Gastroenterology Hospitalist opportunity
- Preferred 7-on/7-off schedule with 24-hour shifts
- Join a team of 8 gastroenterologists spanning General GI, Therapeutic GI, Hepatology and Motility
- Supported by 3 experienced Advanced Practice Providers
- Interest in General GI or Therapeutic IBD welcome
- Practice within an integrated healthcare system serving a broad 12,000-square-mile region

Compensation and Benefits:
- First-year pay range: $572K–$602K
- First-year salary guarantee based on MGMA/AMGA median
- RVU-based productivity compensation beginning in year two
- Signing bonus starting at $40K
