Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: $237,500k-$247,500k. Additional financial add-ons include a quality/engagement incentive, $10k fellowship bonus(if applicable), $4k per SNF oversight(7 contracted SNF facilities shared), and production bonuses.
