The Program Director will oversee the organization and operation of the residency while fostering a high-quality educational environment that prepares residents for a variety of surgical careers.

- Ensure continued compliance with ACGME requirements and state approvals
- Recruit, mentor and evaluate residents
- Coordinate clinical rotations across multiple departments
