Position Highlights, Schedule & Responsibilities
- Provide perioperative care, operating-room support and surgical consultations.
- Join an established team of surgical PAs and NPs working alongside surgeons, anesthesiologists and experienced nursing professionals.
- Modern operating suites and a closed ICU/CCU support coordinated surgical care.
- Full-time, 40-hour role covering variable days and all shifts.
- Training and mentorship are available, with opportunities for professional growth and academic teaching.
Compensation & Benefits
- $54.8111-$74.4159 per hour.
- $10,000 recruitment incentive covering sign-on and relocation; annual incentive opportunity.
- Five CME days annually and a $2,500 CME allowance.
- 403(b) plan with 2% employer match plus a 2.5% core contribution after one year.
