A well-established hospital surgical program about 1 hour northeast of Birmingham, Alabama is seeking a BC/BE General Surgeon to join its growing team.
Position Highlights:
- Full-time hospital-employed general surgery position
- Bread-and-butter general surgery practice
- Focus on minimally invasive techniques including laparoscopy and arthroscopy (no robotics currently)
- Oncology experience preferred
- Shared call responsibilities with supportive coverage model
- Single-hospital coverage with strong OR access and surgical support staff
- Clinic conveniently located in the local community with easy regional access
- Modern surgical environment utilizing current technologies and techniques
- Collaborative, team-based practice with experienced surgical and perioperative staff
