- Full-time, four- to five-day schedule focused on outpatient endoscopies and colonoscopies; optional limited general surgery.
- Dedicated RN, anesthesia/sedation teams and MA support; no evening/weekend procedures.
- Light shared 1:4 call; guaranteed base salary plus quarterly productivity bonuses.
- Early shareholder eligibility after 12 months and ASC equity opportunity.
