We are seeking a BE/BC General Surgeon to join an established, high-performing surgical group in Southwest Virginia, offering a broad scope of general surgery with strong regional support and access to advanced technology.
Position Overview:
- Established general surgery practice with strong referral base
- Support from a partner group of seven surgeons within the regional network
- Broad “bread and butter” general surgery case mix with opportunity to build a high-volume endoscopy practice
- Perform general surgical procedures, including EGD and colonoscopy
- Utilize minimally invasive and robotic-assisted techniques using the da Vinci Surgical System
- Call responsibilities: ≤10 shifts per month with additional support from regional partners
- Practice based in a 44-bed, full-service community hospital with a Five-Star CMS rating and top-tier patient experience scores
- Collaborative environment with physicians, APPs, and hospital leadership
