Seeking a full-time BC/BE General Surgeon to join an established surgical team in a thriving Rhode Island community, offering a mix of inpatient and outpatient practice with strong support from colleagues.
Position Highlights & Key Responsibilities:
- Join an existing practice with experienced General Surgeons and a GI physician.
- Bread-and-butter general surgery with a mix of elective and acute care cases.
- Call schedule: 1 in 3 with support from 3 General Surgeons.
- Access to a Da Vinci robotic system and a full-service wound care center.
- Hospital setting: 214-bed acute care facility providing comprehensive services including emergency, medical, surgical, cancer, cardiac, and obstetric care.
- Excellent collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive salary: $350K – $400K per year
- Sign-on and retention bonuses.
- Full-time position with comprehensive benefits including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and CME allowance.
