- NO call requirements or weekend work. Standard hours are 7:00am-5:00pm but can be somewhat flexible if needed.
- Group covers over 4,000 on-pump cardiac surgeries a year, which include CABG, valves, aorta, and minimally invasive cardiac surgeries.
- All cardiac & all general cases are MD-only cases. No in house call, no trauma, and no OB coverage.
- Open positions for noncardiac and cardiac anesthesiologists.

Compensation & Benefits:
- Very Competitive compensation and great benefits including 401K matching and profit sharing, Health/dental/vision insurance, malpractice, etc
- Base Salary $500,000-600,000 W-2 plus Benefits
- Opportunity to make extra money if work past 5pm when not on call on weekdays
