Seeking BE/BC Gastroenterologist to join an established, community-focused care team in western Massachusetts. This opportunity offers supportive clinical colleagues, regional specialty resources and an emphasis on high-quality patient care and a sustainable practice environment.
Position Highlights, Schedule & Responsibilities
- Office-based GI practice with experienced gastroenterologists providing mentorship and support.
- Primarily outpatient practice with some inpatient coverage and the ability to perform advanced procedures.
- Shared call, currently approximately 1:5/6, and shared inpatient responsibilities.
- Modern onsite endoscopy resources, experienced colorectal, bariatric and laparoscopic surgeons, full-time hospitalist coverage and general/interventional radiology support.
- Practice in an environment where providers are respected, supported and challenged.
- Full- or part-time options; weekday hours generally 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m.
Compensation & Benefits
- Published annual compensation range: $488,785-$731,545.
- Recruitment incentive, relocation assistance and productivity opportunities.
- Six weeks of time off, two weeks of CME and a $4,500 annual CME allowance.
