Call Structure:
Call is variable and flexible, generally ranging anywhere from 0–10 days per month depending on physician staffing. Two additional GI Physicians will be joining the team, so this will continue to evolve. We encourage candidates to view call as negotiable, with the opportunity to tailor expectations within their contract. There will be some call requirement, but we aim to keep it manageable and balanced.
wRVU & Compensation:
Compensation is competitive, with physicians having the potential to reach up to the 90th percentile in total compensation.
Clinic vs. Endoscopy Split:
This is very flexible and largely driven by physician preference. Our current model is approximately a 50/50 split, but we are open to customizing this based on the candidate’s interests and strengths.
Hospitalist Option:
This is not a 7-on/7-off model. Instead, physicians typically work fifteen (15) 24 days per month, consisting of 10–12 hours onsite followed by home call coverage. The average daily inpatient census ranges from 10–13 patients.
