An established, stable, and growing gastroenterology practice in southwest Virginia near the Tennessee and North Carolina borders is seeking a BC/BE Gastroenterologist to join its team.
Position Highlights:
- Join a well-established, growing practice alongside one experienced Gastroenterologist
- Strong support from an experienced team of Advanced Practitioners
- Dedicated endoscopy suite with access to an on-site ambulatory surgery center
- 90% outpatient / 10% inpatient practice mix
- Inpatient census averages approximately 3 patients per day
- Opportunities to teach medical students and Family Medicine/Internal Medicine residents
Compensation & Benefits:
- Annual salary range: $680K–$892K
- $200K retention bonus over 5 years
- Production bonus based on work RVUs
