Position Highlights:
- Provide full-spectrum primary care from newborns through geriatrics
- Care for pregnant and postpartum women as part of a comprehensive family practice
- Provide prenatal care, family planning, and women's health screenings
- Perform well-child exams and preventive care
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests and perform minor medical procedures
- Prescribe medications and age-specific physical therapy and rehabilitation
- Educate patients and families on preventive health, nutrition, immunizations, and other wellness topics
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals
- Assist in supervising Medical Assistants, LVNs, and RNs
- Opportunity to practice with significant clinical autonomy and utilize advanced clinical judgment
Compensation & Benefits:
- $145K–$160K annual salary
- Additional compensation and benefits based on the overall employment package
Qualifications:
- Graduate of a California Board of Registered Nursing-accredited program with a Master's degree or equivalent
- Completion of a Nurse Practitioner certification program
- American Academy of Nurse Practitioners certification required
- Current DEA registration required
- Two years of related experience preferred
- Advanced Nurse Practitioner experience preferred
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, organization, and patient-service skills
- Ability to work effectively with diverse patient populations
