Seeking a skilled and motivated Physician Assistant (PA) to join a growing practice, providing care across Urgent Care and Family Medicine settings. This role offers clinical variety, a collaborative care team, and a balanced schedule with predictable weekend coverage. The ideal candidate is confident managing acute conditions while also delivering high quality primary care to patients of all ages.

Details:
  • Combination of 12-hour and 8-hour shifts
  • One weekend per month required (FT and PT)
  • FT weekday shifts - scheduled between urgent care (25 hours/pay period) and family medicine clinic
  • PT weekday shifts - scheduled at Urgent Care only
  • No overnight shifts
  • Medical Center M-F 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Urgent Care M-Sat 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM Sun 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • EMR: Greenway Intergy
  • Level III trauma center
  • State-of-the-art facility

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program
  • Current PA license in Nebraska
  • NCCPA certification required
  • Experience in urgent care, emergency medicine, or family medicine preferred
  • Strong clinical judgement and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and patient care skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
