A growing Family Medicine practice in Duluth, Minnesota is seeking a BC/BE Family Medicine physician to join an exceptional team and help build a thriving practice in the Northland. OB is optional, providing flexibility for physicians to tailor the role to their interests and lifestyle.
Position Highlights:
- Join a 12-physician, 6-APC team with dedicated clinical support

- Zero call for routine after-hours coverage through a dedicated call team
- Monday–Friday schedule with 36 patient contact hours
- Flexible 0.6–1.0 FTE options
- Access to on-site lab, X-ray, mammography and urgent care
- Integrated behavioral health, community health workers and sports medicine
- Work with EPIC and DAX AI technology
- Digital X-ray with rapid results
- Clinic hours of 7:15 a.m.–5 p.m. Monday–Friday and 8 a.m.–noon Saturday
Compensation & Benefits:
- $329k compensation
- Additional compensation may be available through bonuses, quality incentives and/or production-based compensation
