About the Community:

Othello offers a rural Central Washington setting surrounded by working farmland and the distinctive landscapes of the Columbia Basin. Nearby Columbia National Wildlife Refuge provides birdwatching, wildlife photography and opportunities to explore wetlands, lakes and basalt scenery. The area's waterways and public recreation lands make it easy to plan an outdoor weekend.

The community offers a small-city home base with parks and local services, while the wider region adds destinations for boating, fishing and exploring Washington's agricultural and wine-producing communities. Moses Lake and the Tri-Cities expand the options for shopping, dining and regional travel without requiring a large-city daily routine.
