Compensation & Benefits:
- Faculty Base Salary : $215,000-$225,000. Salary is based on 18-20 encounters per day, and experience bonus. Additional financial add-ons include fellowship bonus, engagement goals, FMS/OB call, delivery bonus, high-risk call, and other call incentives
