A well-established outpatient practice in the Chicago suburbs is seeking a BC/BE Family Medicine Physician to join a collaborative, supportive team.
Position Highlights:
- 100% outpatient family medicine practice with no inpatient or hospital call
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, daytime hours; 36 patient-facing hours/week plus 4 hours admin
- Average patient load: 18–25 patients per day
- Experienced clinical and administrative support staff
- Comprehensive primary care services: preventive care, acute illness management, chronic condition oversight (diabetes, hypertension), and health maintenance for all ages
- Perform routine procedures: joint injections, minor skin procedures, suturing, and women's health services
- Coordinate care with behavioral health, nutrition, and specialty teams
- EMR: Epic; strong focus on documentation and regulatory compliance
- Practice in a growing Chicago suburb with easy access to the city, family-friendly amenities, and excellent schools
Qualifications:
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Completion of an ACGME-accredited Family Medicine residency
- Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Family Medicine
- Eligible for Illinois medical license
- Strong clinical, communication, and patient-centered care skills
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary: $275K–$300K + productivity incentives
