Seeking a BE/BC Family Medicine Physician with OB experience to provide comprehensive primary, acute, and maternity care in Washington’s Tri-Cities region, offering the opportunity to practice broad-scope medicine, build lasting patient relationships, and make a meaningful impact in a close-knit community.
Position Highlights:
- Full-time Family Medicine Physician opportunity with OB responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary, acute, chronic, and emergency care
- Deliver maternity care and support inpatient, outpatient, and hospital-based services
- Maintain a diverse scope of practice including medical, surgical, and obstetric care
- Collaborate with a team of physicians, advanced practice providers, and healthcare professionals
- Provide care across clinic, hospital, and community settings
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and peer review programs
- Mentor physicians in training, PA’s, and FNPs

Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited medical school
- Active Washington State medical license
- Family Medicine training with OB experience
- Strong clinical knowledge and commitment to comprehensive patient care
- Interest in rural medicine and caring for diverse patient populations
- Ability to collaborate effectively with physicians, advanced practice providers, staff, and patients
- Experience with electronic medical record systems
- Bilingual English/Spanish skills preferred but not required
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive compensation: $260K - $300K annually
