Position Highlights:
- Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care
- Care for patients across the lifespan
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions
- Conduct patient evaluations and prescribe medications
- Order labs and imaging as clinically appropriate
- Manage chronic diseases and support patient self-management
- Coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams
- Participate in case reviews, team huddles, and patient-centered health initiatives
- Mentor and precept other clinicians
- Engage in continuing education and quality improvement
- Team-based care in a supportive clinical environment

Qualifications:
- MD or DO
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family Medicine
- Valid North Carolina medical license
- Current BLS certification from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association
- Minimum 1 year of experience preferred
- Experience with rural or underserved populations preferred
- Familiarity with team-based care or PCMH/PCHH models preferred
