Mission-driven, nonprofit community health organization is seeking a BE/BC Family Medicine Physician
to join a collaborative outpatient practice in San Jose, California. This is an opportunity to provide meaningful, relationship-based care while working alongside physicians, advanced practice providers, behavioral health professionals, nurses, medical assistants, and other clinical support staff.
The organization is one of the largest Federally Qualified Health Centers in Northern California, serving a diverse, multicultural patient population throughout Santa Clara and southern Alameda counties. Its integrated model combines primary care with behavioral health, dental, vision, pharmacy, specialty, and social-support services.
- Multidisciplinary, patient-centered practice environment
- Provide comprehensive primary and preventive care
- Treat patients across the lifespan, including pediatric, adult, and senior populations
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
- Perform routine physical examinations, screenings, family-planning services, and minor office procedures
- Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, medications, preventive care, and healthy lifestyle choices
- Coordinate referrals, laboratory testing, diagnostic services, and specialty care
- Participate in clinical quality improvement, peer review, and the development of new programs
- Provide clinical consultation and support to nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and other clinical team members
- Opportunities to supervise and mentor medical students, interns, and other healthcare trainees
- Some evening or weekend scheduling may be required based on clinic needs
Compensation & Benefits:
- $233,280.00 - $270,418.18 salary range
