Seeking a BC/BE Family Medicine physician as we plan for the retirement of a physician with a very large practice. Solo provider clinic, shares a building with a walk in clinic. Established practice currently covered by an APP.
- FM - $300,000 + bonus based on RVU production
- IM/Peds - $315,000 + bonus based on RVU production
- $40,000 sign-on bonus
- $30,000 total retention bonus (paid $10,000 at the end of years 1, 2 & 3)
- Quality bonus potential, 10% of base salary (eligible upon earning base salary)
- 33 days of time off
- 5 days + $6,000 CME annually
- 1:4 call
