- Full-time 1.0 FTE outpatient Family Medicine opportunity
- Locations: 2 rural locations NW of Madison, WI
- Full-spectrum Family Medicine practice without Obstetrics
- Opportunity to provide pre and postnatal care for interested physicians
- Approximately 12–14 patients per day
- Position participates in the Orion Initiative - (Recruit-PCP) grant program supports rural physician recruitment by allowing newly hired physicians to dedicate up to 20% of their time to community or population health projects.
- 35 patient contact hours
- 8 hours dedicated toward research and/or community projects aligned with population health initiatives
- Opportunity may be especially appealing to physicians interested in research, innovation, community health initiatives, and practicing in a flexible rural setting
- On-site lab services available at the Elroy clinic
- Imaging services available through the hospital located approximately 10 miles away
- National Health Service Corps (NHSC) site, making physicians eligible for federal loan repayment opportunities
