- This position will serve offices in three locations in close proximity to each other
- Individuals with supervisory experience and/or interested in taking on future leadership roles in a Medical Director capacity should apply

Qualifications:
- Current, unrestricted Family Practitioner licensure with the state of Indiana required or ability to receive state license required.
- Graduate of a M.D. or D.O. from an accredited educational institution
- Board Eligible or Board Certified
- 1-2 years’ experience as a Family Practitioner preferred
- Experience or training in primary care setting is required
