An established rural healthcare team in northwest Minnesota, less than an hour from Fargo, North Dakota is seeking a full-time BC/BE Family Medicine Physician to provide comprehensive care while taking on a meaningful clinical leadership role.
Position Highlights:
- Broad-scope practice spanning Primary Care, Emergency Medicine, basic Hospital Medicine and Nursing Home care
- Lead and mentor a team of 3 experienced Advanced Practice Clinicians
- Dedicated time for clinical leadership, mentoring and consultation
- Full-time 1.0 FTE opportunity
- ER call is negotiable
- Collaborative care team focused on continuity of care for patients and families

- Onsite services include Diabetes Education, Dietitian, Child Behavioral Health, Therapy, Medication Management, Tobacco Cessation, Emergency & Paramedic Services and Telehealth
- Access to specialty services including Anesthesiology/Pain Medicine, Orthopedic Surgery, Podiatry and General Surgery
Compensation & Benefits:
- $345,449 salary
- Potential additional compensation through bonuses, quality incentives and/or production-based compensation
- Salaried position with a portion of FTE dedicated to leadership
