Seeking a BE/BC Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician with a strong interest in geriatrics to join a hospital-supported practice in the northern Black Hills, northwest of Rapid City, SD. Work with an established clinical team and a community-based regional health system.
Position Highlights
- Join an established geriatrics/palliative care team in Spearfish.
- See patients in nursing homes, assisted living, hospice, clinic consultations and home settings across the northern Black Hills.
- Build long-term relationships with patients and families within a collaborative care model.
- This opportunity does not qualify for J1 waivers.
