We are seeking a full-time BC/BE Family Medicine Physician to join a thriving, hospital-employed outpatient practice in northern Indiana, just a short drive from Indianapolis.

- 100% outpatient practice with Monday–Friday schedule
- Comfortable call schedule
- Work closely with advanced practice providers (APPs) in a collaborative, multi-specialty environment
