Seeking BE/BC Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner to join an established, community-focused care team in western Massachusetts. This opportunity offers supportive clinical colleagues, regional specialty resources and an emphasis on high-quality patient care and a sustainable practice environment.
Position Highlights, Schedule & Responsibilities
- Join an established outpatient primary care team serving patients of all ages.
- Eight clinical sessions each week, with each session representing a morning or afternoon.
- A four-day workweek may be available depending on team scheduling.
- Work with a supportive team of physicians and APPs and strong specialty backup.
- Collegial, community-focused practice with a 40-hour schedule.
Compensation & Benefits
- $52.05-$78.07 per hour.
- Eligible employees receive a comprehensive benefits package including health and dental insurance, life and disability coverage, retirement-plan contributions and paid time off. Compensation depends on experience and qualifications.
