An established healthcare team in western Wisconsin, just north of La Crosse, is seeking a BC/BE Family Medicine Physician to join a collaborative outpatient practice.
Position Highlights:
- Provide comprehensive outpatient Family Medicine in a patient-centered setting
- Join a dedicated team focused on preventive care and long-term patient relationships
- Broad-scope practice with opportunities to tailor services to your clinical interests
- Opportunity to perform a variety of special procedures
- Participate in teaching and mentoring NP/PA students, with occasional involvement in medical student and resident education

- Rare call responsibilities, with phone-only coverage

Qualifications:
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Completion of an accredited graduate medical training program in Family Medicine
- Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Family Medicine
- Unrestricted or eligible medical licensure in Wisconsin and applicable states within the practice region
- Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care and collaborative practice
- Interest in teaching and supporting the development of future healthcare professionals
