The organization's service area covers 3,687 square miles. This area includes not only all of Adams County but the northern third of Franklin County and the southern third of Grand County as well. The group is aware of and engaged with the specific challenges these patient populations face, especially when they reside in remote, rural areas where there is a shortage of health professionals. That is why the group has established three extensively-outfitted and meticulously staffed clinics in our service area.
Position Highlights
- Busy practice w/ trained support staff.
- Clinic Hours are Monday-Friday, 8 am to 7 pm
- Clinic also has a pharmacy, optometrist and dentist on site.
- Provide primary, acute and chronic care, including emergency care, in order to achieve, maintain and restore optimal patient outcomes.
- Engage in health assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of frequently occurring types of illnesses and other medical problems.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Advanced Practitioner (ARNP/PA-C) salary range: $110,000 - $135,000 (plus RVU Incentive Bonus) with ability to go higher for highly experienced candidates.
- Medical, Dental, Vision Coverage, Life Insurance, Long Term Disability, PTO, Paid Holidays.
- Retirement: 403(b) Match up to 4%, plus a 4% non-elective contribution for a total of 8%.
- Continued Education; Class tuition reimbursement, paid continued education units and paid state licensure.
- Student Loan Forgiveness Eligibility- NHSC Loan Repayment
- Compensation package includes a sign- on bonus, relocation reimbursement, and productivity & quality bonuses.
