- Primarily outpatient clinical role with some OR support – with inpatient responsibilities
- Standard office hours (Mon-Thurs: 8am-5pm / Fri: 8am-12pm)
- 36 patient contact hours / 4 admin hours
- Dedicated 90% or 10% more time to the OR, with occasional inpatient follow-up and ED call coverage during clinic hours.
- No weekend call responsibilities.
- Support for general and robotic surgeries, assisting in advanced procedures.
- Cerner EMR
- Daily Patient Volume: Variable based on surgical caseload and clinic needs.
- Patient Demographics: Broad range of surgical patients requiring general and advanced procedures.

- Bread and Butter ENT Practice (30% peds)
- 30 Patients/day in the clinic
- Support Services: Collaborating with surgeons to enhance patient outcomes, manage post-operative care, and address emergency needs during clinic hours.
- Dedicated RN support, 14 ORs with low infection rates.
- Technology: Da Vinci Robotic Surgical System and advanced imaging and testing, including: PET scans, high-speed CT, 3-D mammography, 3T MRI, and bone-density screening.
- Call: 1:3 will be going to 1:4 with new hire
- Patient volume: On average 25+ per day
- Accessibility to 10 ORs & Clinic time
- 2 days in OR / 2.5 days in clinic / .5-day admin
- Patient panel: newborn to geriatrics
- Full clinical support, dedicated staff and nursing staff
- Head and neck cancer specialists
- Sub-spec in audiology w/ onsite audiologist
