Seeking BE/BC Endocrinology Physician to join an established, community-focused care team in western Massachusetts. This opportunity offers supportive clinical colleagues, regional specialty resources and an emphasis on high-quality patient care and a sustainable practice environment.
Position Highlights, Schedule & Responsibilities
- Join a collegial, team-based practice with embedded diabetes education.
- Primarily outpatient endocrinology with a varied mix of diagnoses and acuity.
- Established, experienced providers offer mentorship within an inclusive practice culture.
- Employed position includes teaching opportunities and support for professional growth.
- Forty-hour Monday-Friday schedule, generally 8 a.m.-5 p.m.
Compensation & Benefits
- $119.6683-$169.2952 per hour.
- Productivity incentive option and recruitment incentive.
- Seven weeks of vacation/CME time and a $4,500 CME allowance.
- Eligible employees receive a comprehensive benefits package including health and dental insurance, life and disability coverage, retirement-plan contributions and paid time off. Compensation depends on experience and qualifications.
