A growing endocrinology practice in central Minnesota, about an hour north of St. Cloud is seeking a BC/BE Endocrinologist to join its team and help expand access to specialty care across a large regional service area.
Position Highlights:
- Four-day work week with excellent work/life balance
- No call and primarily outpatient practice
- Join a supportive, system-wide team of Endocrinologists and APCs
- Large service area with hundreds of referring physicians
- Excellent surgical providers for thyroid and parathyroid conditions
- Evaluate and manage the latest diabetes technology, including pumps, sensors and meters
- Flexible scheduling with typical office hours of Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
- Potential for future outreach opportunities as the practice continues to grow
Compensation & Benefits:
- $344K+ base compensation
- Additional compensation may be available through bonuses, quality incentives and/or production-based compensation
