- Manageable workload working 12-hour shifts.
- Provide top-quality patient care in an emergency department with nine treatment areas and a level III trauma designation.
- Use EPIC as the electronic medical record system.
- Lead quality initiatives that advance excellence throughout the Emergency Services Department.
- Advance strategic hospital relationships to establish durable, value-driven partnerships in central Nebraska.
