Position Highlights:
- Employed, physician-led emergency medicine role
- Join a team of 18 EM-trained, board-certified physicians
- Flexible scheduling with 120-hour monthly requirement
- Coverage across two emergency departments in the region
- No inpatient admitting orders required
- Strong APP support across both sites
- Open to both newly trained and experienced physicians
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive base compensation
- Up to $25K annual group incentive bonus potential
- Extra shift compensation available
- $60K signing bonus
- $100K student loan repayment
- $24K residency stipend (final 12 months of training)
