Seeking BE/BC Emergency Medicine Physician Assistant to join an established, community-focused care team in western Massachusetts. Position Highlights, Schedule & Responsibilities
- Provide full-time, patient-centered emergency care across a broad range of presentations.
- Work alongside engaged physicians, APPs, nurses and support staff who emphasize teamwork and continuous learning.
- Structured onboarding supports both experienced providers and newly graduated APPs.
- A 12-18 month residency-style training pathway is available for new graduates and providers transitioning into emergency medicine.
- Training includes dedicated physician educators, protected teaching time, emergency-medicine fundamentals, procedures, decision-making and high-acuity care.
- Graduated autonomy, regular feedback, mentorship and professional development support safe progression.
- Integration into urgent care practice is available after core emergency-department training.
- Forty-hour position with variable days.
Compensation & Benefits
- $54.8111-$74.4159 per hour.

Qualifications
- Experienced NPs or PAs and new graduates are welcome. New graduates and clinicians transitioning into emergency medicine participate in the structured training pathway.
