- Join a team of 5 physicians and 2 advanced practice providers
- Manage an ED averaging ~15,000 annual visits
- 10-bed emergency department within a 60-bed community hospital
- Approximately 24/7 physician coverage with APC support
- ~142 twelve-hour shifts annually (7a–7p / 7p–7a)
- Balanced distribution of day and night shifts
- Average ~40 patients per day
- Strong focus on patient experience and quality-driven care
- Opportunity to teach within a Family Medicine residency program
