A hospital-affiliated, community-focused cardiology practice in Chicago is seeking a full-time BC/BE Electrophysiologist to join its dynamic team.
Position Highlights
- 100% Electrophysiology practice in a tertiary care setting with minimal hospital call
- Approximately 16 hrs/week procedures; ~20 hrs/week clinic and device reads
- Case volume: 2–3 procedures/day, including complex ablations, ICD and CRT implants, lead extractions
- Device clinic and NP support with strong referral base from general cardiology and primary care
- Full support from advanced EP lab, cardiac imaging, and multidisciplinary cardiac team

Qualifications:
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Fellowship-trained in Cardiac Electrophysiology
- Board-Certified/Board-Eligible in Cardiology and Electrophysiology
- Eligible for Illinois medical license
- Excellent clinical, diagnostic, and procedural skills with a patient-centered approach
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary: $600K–$650K+ (three-year guarantee with wRVU-based productivity incentives)
