Seeking a CRNA to join a collaborative healthcare team in Northeast Missouri, delivering high-quality anesthesia care in a supportive clinical environment focused on patient safety and outcomes.
Role Overview & Highlights:
- Full-time position with day shifts (schedule may vary)
- Administer anesthesia and monitor patients before, during, and after surgical procedures
- Assess patient conditions and develop individualized anesthesia care plans
- Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout the perioperative process
- Collaborate with physicians, surgeons, and clinical staff to deliver optimal outcomes
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to clinical protocols and standards
- Work in a team-oriented hospital setting with strong clinical support
- Opportunity to manage a variety of cases while maintaining autonomy within your scope
Qualifications:
- Current RN licensure in the state of Missouri with compliance to all advanced practice regulations
- Graduate of an accredited nurse anesthesia program
- Meets certification requirements (eligible, certified, or recertified through the appropriate governing body)
- Current ACLS and BCLS certifications
- Eligible for medical staff appointment and credentialing
- Demonstrated clinical competency and ability to work effectively in an employed healthcare setting
- Insurable for required medical malpractice coverage
