Seeking a CRNA to join a high-performing anesthesia team in Madison

, providing care to a complex and diverse patient population.
Position Highlights:
- Flexible 0.75–1.0 FTE with 8, 10, 12, or 14-hour shifts
- Optional weekend and evening shifts for additional compensation
- Some night, holiday, and pager call may apply
- Practice across multiple sites within the metro area
- Care for patients in pediatrics, neuro, transplant, trauma, plastics, OB/GYN, and outpatient surgery
- Work within a medically directed collaborative model alongside multidisciplinary teams
- Academic environment with professional development through grand rounds, visiting professors, case conferences, and opportunities to support student education
- Exposure to a variety of cases ensuring skill growth and meaningful impact
Compensation & Benefits:
- Annual pay range: $238K-$333K
- Up to $75k sign-on bonus for external hires
- Relocation assistance available for qualified applicants
- RN and CRNA experience considered in determining pay
