A hospital-employed medical group north of Sacramento, California, is seeking a BC/BE Critical Care Physician to practice within a high-acuity ICU supported by a collaborative, mission-driven clinical environment and strong institutional resources.
Position Highlights:
- Inpatient-only ICU practice within a 226-bed acute care hospital
- 12-hour day shifts with a 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off schedule, including weekend coverage during service blocks
- Average ICU census of approximately 7 patients per physician
- No outpatient responsibilities
- No additional call requirements
- Strong multidisciplinary support in a high-performing critical care environment
- Hospital holds an “A” Grade from the Leapfrog Group for patient safety and quality
- Visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary of $550K–$600K annually (based on experience and FMV) plus productivity bonus
