An established critical care team just east of Hartford, Connecticut is seeking an experienced Acute Care Physician Assistant
to provide high-quality care to critically ill patients in an inpatient critical care setting.
Position Highlights:
- Full-time, night shift position
- Inpatient critical care setting
- Collaborate with a strong team of Critical Care Intensivists
- Provide comprehensive care to critically ill patients
- Diagnose, treat and manage acute and chronic conditions
- Perform procedures and order and interpret diagnostic testing
- Communicate with patients and families regarding conditions and treatment plans
- Collaborate with consultants and multidisciplinary care teams
- Practice with the support of a dedicated Office of Advanced Practice
- EPIC electronic medical record
- Mentorship and orientation programs for newly hired providers

Qualifications:
- Physician Assistant or Acute Care Nurse Practitioner
- 1+ year of critical care experience as an advanced practice provider
- Unrestricted Connecticut medical license or eligibility for licensure
