Seeking a BC/BE Cardiothoracic Surgeon to lead an established Cardiothoracic Surgery Program at a Level II Trauma Center in Central Pennsylvania.
Position Highlights:
- Chief of Cardiothoracic Surgery
- Opportunity to lead an established Cardiothoracic Surgery Program
- 5–7 years of post-fellowship experience in adult cardiac and thoracic surgery
- Collaborate with medical staff to educate and promote current and advanced procedures
- 2 Cardiac ORs and 9 General ORs
- 3 Cardiac Cath Labs
- 1 Hybrid Room
- Additional Cath Labs at 2 other campuses within the system
- 24/7 dedicated Cardiac Anesthesia Team
- 12-bed CVICU
- Cardiac Rehab Unit
Qualifications:
- BC/BE in Cardiothoracic Surgery
- 5–7 years of post-fellowship experience in adult cardiac and thoracic surgery
- Strong clinical expertise in adult cardiac and thoracic surgery
- Leadership and collaboration skills to support program growth and physician education
Compensation & Benefits:
- $975K guaranteed base compensation for two years
- Up to $50K annual quality incentive
- $50K sign-on bonus, forgiven over three years
