Seeking an experienced Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join a growing cardiothoracic surgery program in beautiful Coeur d’Alene, Idaho.
Position Highlights:
- Full-time Cardiothoracic Surgery APP opportunity
- Join a team of 4 cardiothoracic surgeons and 4 APPs
- Growing program with 375 open-heart procedures, 140 thoracic procedures and 168 TAVRs performed last fiscal year
- Cardiac robotic surgery experience preferred
- First-assist experience preferred, including vein harvesting
- Two dedicated CVORs plus a new state-of-the-art Hybrid OR
- Two da Vinci Xi robotic surgical systems
- Five dedicated, fellowship-trained cardiac anesthesiologists
- Comprehensive cardiovascular program with 20+ cardiologists, including interventional, structural and electrophysiology specialists
- ECMO/MCS program
- Outreach clinics serving patients throughout northern Idaho
- Practice within a 330-bed, not-for-profit regional medical center
- Level II ACS Trauma Center
- Magnet-designated for nursing excellence
