Seeking Cardiology Nurse Practitioner to join collaborative practice to provide direct health care services to patients in Tuscaloosa, AL. Incumbent is responsible for evaluations to patients based on pre-established guidelines and in collaboration with the physician, entering orders, and performing medical procedures under the direction and supervision of the physicians.
Qualifications
- Master’s or higher degree in nursing and a graduate of an approved Nurse Practitioner program
- Current Certified AL Registered Nurse Practitioner Licensure in good standing with Alabama Board of Nursing
- Prior experience cardiology or training in a cardiology specialty required
- Excellent verbal communication skills to interact with patients, coworkers and other visitors.
- Must be able to read, write legibly, speak, and comprehend English.
