Seeking BE/BC Cardiac Electrophysiology Physician to join an established, community-focused care team in western Massachusetts. This opportunity offers supportive clinical colleagues, regional specialty resources and an emphasis on high-quality patient care and a sustainable practice environment.
Position Highlights, Schedule & Responsibilities
- Join and help lead an established, expanding cardiovascular service line with a strong referral network.
- Perform left- and right-sided catheter ablations, Micra leadless pacemaker implantation, permanent pacemaker placement, CRT-P/CRT-D and ICD implantation.
- Provide comprehensive device management and follow-up.
- Partner with cardiologists and APPs to shape and expand the electrophysiology program.
- Modern procedural capabilities, a teaching service and potential academic appointment support clinical growth.
- Forty-hour position, weekdays 8 a.m.-5 p.m., with rotating weekends and holidays.
Compensation & Benefits
- Published annual compensation range: $470,936-$706,307.
- Productivity option and relocation/sign-on bonus.
- Seven weeks of PTO including vacation, sick time and CME.
