Seeking Full-Time BE/BC Anesthesiologist w/ Cardiac Experience
- You will be working in a collaborative practice with 4 MD’s and 16-19 CRNA’s. Do your own cases as well as rotating the assignment of being one of two “Anesthesia In charge” involved performing pre-op evaluations, pre op nerve blocks, etc.
- SECOND CALL ONLY. The expectation for second call is for cardiac cases, major traumas, or severely medically complicated patients. The current “call back in rate” for second call is a handful of times a year.
- On regular days, out of OR at 3:00-4:00 on average. Around 40-45 hours a week.
COMPENSATION DETAIL
- $660-$700K (base, cardiac pay, retention bonus)
- 1099 position
- $50K sign-on/ relocation bonus
- 12 weeks off per year
