Seeking a bilingual Rheumatology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team in Madison, Wisconsin.
Highlights:
- Full-time position
- Outpatient setting
- Monday through Friday, with core hours between 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department
- No weekends or holidays
- Position covers two locations in close proximity
- Provide a multidisciplinary team approach to managing rheumatic and immunological diseases, including rheumatoid arthritis and lupus
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
- Two years of APP ambulatory experience preferred
Responsibilities:
- Provide new patient visits, follow-up visits, and coordinate care for adult rheumatology patients in an outpatient setting
- Perform routine clinical procedures independently as outlined in practice agreements/scope of practice including, but not limited to, the following: intraarticular or intrabursal injections.
- Work collaboratively within a team of rheumatology physicians and other advanced practice providers
